Thank you for becoming a valued member! Our membership program is designed to help you prioritize your wellness while providing consistent, high-quality care. Please review the following guidelines:

 

Membership Benefits

• Members receive one complimentary add on per service.

• Additional sessions may be booked at the exclusive member rate.

• Member pricing and benefits are non-transferable unless otherwise approved.

 

Scheduling Appointments

• Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• We encourage members to book in advance to secure their preferred dates and times.

• Membership does not guarantee same-day or last-minute availability.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.

• No-shows will possibly forfeit membership

Membership Billing

• Membership fees are automatically charged each month on your enrollment date.

• Payments must remain current to maintain membership benefits.

• Failed or declined payments may result in suspended membership privileges until payment is received.

 

Freezing or Canceling Membership

• Members may pause their membership for up to 30 days with advance notice for medical, travel, or personal reasons.

• Membership may be canceled with a written notice at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.

• Any accumulated sessions must be used before the effective cancellation date unless otherwise specified.

 

Arrival Policy

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment to allow time for check-in and consultation updates.

• Late arrivals may receive a shortened session to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments.

 

Health & Safety

• Please notify your therapist of any changes to your health, medications, injuries, or pregnancy before your session.

• Massage services are not a substitute for medical care or treatment.

 

Respectful Environment

• We are committed to providing a safe, professional, and relaxing environment for both clients and therapists.

• Inappropriate behavior or conduct will result in immediate termination of the session and may lead to cancellation of membership without refund.

 

Guest Policy

• Guest sessions, transfers, or substitutions must be approved in advance.

• Guest appointments are pending confirmation by management.
